| Iris and Joe was slightly upset at first. |
Det börjar bli dags att avvänja fölen. De går ofta en bra bit ifrån sina mammor, men nu har de fått sin första vaccination och Joe flyttar i januari. Så, vi börjar försiktigt. Idag fick de vara någon timme med Sweetheart och Pepper medan övriga hästar stod i hagen bredvid. De tog det hela lugnt. När det passar någon dag framöver ska de få vara en halvdag så och sedan kommer jag att byta så att de går ena dygnet med mamma och andra “själva”. Det har fungerat bra tidigare år.

It is getting time to wean the foals. They often spend a lot of time on their own but now have the got the first vaccination and Joe is moving in January. So we started slowly. Today the got to spend an hour or so with Sweetheart and Pepper while the other horses were in the pasture close by. They took it calmly. When it works fine they are going to start to do that for a full day and then for 24 hours. that has been working great recent years.
