Less på ursäkter

Dåligt väder (blåsigt), mörkt ute, halt, ensam, överenergisk, jag börjar bli minst sagt less på alla ursäkter som blivit för att inte rida Pepper. Alltid är det något som inte stämmer. Så idag struntade jag i det, idag satt jag upp i alla fall. Fast först hoppade vi några diken för hand, stannade, longerade några varv, flyttade bogen, tja, lite allmän hantering. Och det gick bra, vi höll oss på dressyrbanan och det var stona som blev det lilla problemet – men man kan ju svänga så man inte behöver passera så nära…En början i alla fall.Jag känner att vi får en speciell kontakt då och då, men det är fortfarande en lång väg att gå.

Förresten, när jag kom stod Calinka och Pepper i respektive skydd – Percy stod vid maten, men gick in när jag pikade henne för det…

Bad weather(windy), dark outside, icy,alone, over energetic horse, I am rather bored with all excused to not ride Pepper. There is always something that doesn’t work out. To day I just didn’t care and rode him anyway. But first we jumped some ditches, longed a couple of rounds, moved his shoulder, and well, just some ordinary work. And it all went well, we stayed at the arena and the “big” problem was the mares. But it isn’t necessary to pass closely to them, there is more than one side to the arena… And at least this was a start. I feel that sometimes we really connect – but there is still a long way to go.

By the way – when I arrived Calinka and Pepper was in their shelters while Percy ate. She went inside after I told her about it…
