Tea came to say hello. |
Home alone
The mares wanted a “girls day in the pasture”, so Pepper got to be alone a day. |
David was very happy to see her and she had to try the grass close to us! |

David & Tea |
Tea easily walks up on this – the hard part is to make a photo. |
we had to go home.
Today I did dressage with Calinka. She is stiff in the beginning, but after some time it is better. But, we made it short, the arena is so muddy that it is not nice there right now. Therefore I let Percy and Pepper play in a pasture instead. They had a lot of fun, running and jumping around. Tea joined us to clean up at the arena and Bunny joined us when Mika was taken for a walk
Why don’t you bring us? |
Bunny can also walk on those “tree bridges” |
Two girls and a boy |
He looks rather kind, but apparently he offended Percy in some kind of way. |

Tea said kindly hello… |
..but wanted to chew the toys in the stroller… |
Bunny & David |
..if it hadn’t been fever and coughing going around at pre-school. Both David and I got the disease from Isac that had it last week. After putting new hay in to the horses I was rather done. I thought that maybe I could do some dressage anyway, wouldn’t be so much work with Bunny bareback. (Calinka was luckily out with Nanette yesterday, Percy lounged and Frida and Pepper hit the trails.) But, David that had been sleeping calmly in the car (compared to the night when he hardly slept at all) didn’t like the idea so we had to get back to the stable after only about 5 minutes of work.
Bunny moves her muzzle carefully at David – he might not be that fond of that kind of cuddle… |
Mika that turned 7 yesterday |
Percy |
Pepper like to show his tongue at photos… |
It was a long winter full of snow. |
We got new people helping us with the horses. |
Ullekalvs Antea was born April 14. |
In April Sylvia’s Rockies arrived, and in the summer Rockies arrived in Denmark. |
When Tea got a little bit older she and her mum got to meet Pepper. |
Jousting games at the castle, as usual in May, we used the scene for photos. |
Percy and I nearly had the same due day. |

|
All rockies in one picture – spending some time in a real herd. |
All horses tried to jump… |

|
Hosting a TREC traning. Calinka and Percy participated. |
RMHAs Pink Ride to get money for breast cancer research. |
We tried rythem bead – Isac really like the pretty necklace and wanted to use it all the time on all horses… |
I November I experienced my first hoof abscess – and then Tea got it back and Embla got one as well… |
Embla grew up and left for her new home December 27. |
Tea has grown as well. She stays with us to be a future brood mare. |
It might not be very obvious yet, but we are expecting two foals in May 2014. |
